SUSPECTED ADVERSE DRUG REACTION (UAW) REPORT OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE (TCM) REMEDIES
If you observe an adverse reaction to traditional Chinese medicine medicinal products, you can report this to the regional pharmacovigilance center using the Swissmedic form (ADR).
Please note that the form for reporting adverse drug reactions must be completed by the attending doctor or therapist.
