Water types are peaceful, but have difficulty motivating themselves. They can also be prone to sadness and often put on weight in their hips and legs. This tea has a calming and stabilizing effect on water types and helps to reduce anxiety and insecurity. The tea created for water types warms and improves digestion by strengthening the circulation of Qi.
Put one heaped teaspoon of herbs per cup of tea in hot water and let it steep for five to ten minutes.
